Journey from Fatness to Fitness

How do you know when you need to take the first step? The first step to change your life is suppose to be about acknowledgement. O.k. I acknowledge that I could loose some weight, be a bit more fit and blah, blah blah.

Alright, what do I do now? Join a gym, join the ka-zillion wieght loss programs? Is there anyway I could donate my "fatness?" As I sit here, I must be honest, I have taken some steps. I have lost weight. Yeah! I hear my own trumpets. BUT...I have hit that plateau. After a year..I am still at the plateau..Hey I want to get to the top of the mountain.

So, I am going to take my journey, where countless have gone before me. I pledge to go to the gym, eat healthier and realize I need hlep. Lots of help!
